Business Decision Capture Process

Creates a standard process for capturing important Passionate Vacations decisions inside the Business Operating Manual.

Every major business decision should either become a new Business Operating Manual entry or update an existing entry. Decisions should not remain buried in chats, emails, notes, screenshots, or temporary documents.

When a new decision affects branding, client experience, operations, marketing, forms, suppliers, technology, policies, or workflows, it should be added to PV HQ. Entries should include purpose, current standard, key decisions, related assets, related SOPs, related forms/templates/checklists, related prompts, tags, status, last updated, and notes.
