Purpose
Defines how Passionate Vacations should manage and present payment, cancellation, and related client policy information.
Current Standard
Payment and cancellation information should be presented clearly in client-facing documents before payment is collected or travel arrangements are finalized. Policies should explain deposits, final payments, supplier terms, cancellation limits, travel protection, payment authorization, and client responsibility.
Procedure / Steps

Key Decisions
Passionate Vacations should use a polished, branded Payment and Cancellation Policy document. Policy documents should have corrected margins, clean spacing, consistent branding, and plain-language explanations. Travel protection should be strongly recommended, with Travel Insured International used as the primary provider unless otherwise changed.
