New manual entries should be created when a decision, process, policy, form, template, prompt, workflow, supplier note, marketing system, or client experience standard needs to become part of the Passionate Vacations operating system.

Every manual entry should include the full field structure: Entry Title, Category, Purpose, Current Standard, Key Decisions, Related Assets, Related SOPs, Related Forms/Templates/Checklists, Related Prompts, Tags, Status, Last Updated, and Notes. Entries should be tagged clearly and connected to related assets whenever possible.
