The standard lightweight document stack for a simple cruise booking is: Cruise Booking Confirmation Travel Details Form Payment and Cancellation Policy Protecting Your Travel Experience Credit Card Authorization Instructions, if payment authorization is needed The Cruise Booking Confirmation Travel Details Form includes traveler information, sailing details, cabin and dining information, payment summary, gratuities, travel protection selection, important cruise reminders, and final review acknowledgment language. The final acknowledgment confirms that traveler information must be accurate, names must match government-issued identification, payments and cancellations are controlled by supplier terms, travel protection has been offered, and Passionate Vacations is not responsible for supplier changes, denied boarding, missed deadlines, or incorrect traveler information.
