The Asset Index is the master tracker for Passionate Vacations business assets. The Business Operating Manual explains how the business runs. The Asset Index tracks where the actual files, PDFs, forms, templates, graphics, policies, links, folders, and final documents live.
Final files should be stored in Google Drive under the PV HQ folder. Current PV HQ subfolders include:
Cruise Reservation Forms
Final Client Documents
Brand Assets
Love in Motion Assets
Website and Funnel Links
Internal Business Templates
Archive - Old Versions
Base44 Asset records should use live Google Drive, website, GHL, or folder links whenever possible. Laptop file paths should not be used because they do not reliably open from the app.
The Needs Location Cleanup view should be used to identify Asset records that are missing links or storage locations. Records should not be marked Final with a missing file unless the asset is intentionally stored as a Base44 text/template asset or clearly marked as not currently available.
