Terms of Purchase

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Purchase apply to digital travel publications purchased from Passionate Vacations LLC ("Passionate Vacations," "we," "us," or "our"). By selecting the purchase button and completing checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Digital Publications

Our digital publications provide general destination, travel-planning, and experience information. They are educational resources and are not individualized travel advice, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or a substitute for official guidance from governments, travel suppliers, or other authorities.

Travel conditions, prices, schedules, entry rules, attractions, and supplier policies can change after publication. You are responsible for verifying current information before making travel decisions or purchases.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Limited-time or Founder’s Launch pricing applies only during the stated promotional period. Applicable taxes or payment charges, if any, will be shown during checkout.

Payment is processed through Base44 Payments powered by Wix Payments and the payment methods available at checkout. A purchase is complete only after payment is authorized and confirmed.

4. Electronic Delivery

Purchased publications are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam or junk folders. Delivery is considered complete when our delivery provider accepts the message for transmission or when a download link is displayed to you.

If you do not receive the publication, contact us so we can verify the purchase and resend or replace the delivery link.

5. Digital-Product Refund Policy

Because a digital publication is delivered promptly and cannot be returned, purchases are final and nonrefundable once delivery occurs, except where required by law.

We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, an unauthorized transaction, or a file that is materially defective or inaccessible and cannot be replaced. Contact us within seven calendar days of purchase with the purchaser’s name, checkout email, and order details. We may first provide a working replacement or resend the publication before issuing a refund.

Submitting a refund request does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law or through your payment provider.

6. Personal-Use License

Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the publication for your personal, noncommercial use. Passionate Vacations retains all ownership and intellectual-property rights.

• You may save the publication on your personal devices and print a reasonable number of copies for your own use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, share download access, reproduce for commercial use, remove ownership notices, or create derivative products from the publication without written permission.

7. Availability and Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having a compatible device, internet access, and software capable of opening the file format provided. We may update, correct, discontinue, or replace a publication at any time, but a later revision is not automatically included with an earlier purchase unless we state otherwise.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Digital publications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every statement will remain current, that a destination or supplier will meet your expectations, or that use of a publication will produce a particular travel result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Passionate Vacations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a digital publication or its use. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchased publication will not exceed the amount you paid for that publication. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing Law and Severability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect on the date of your purchase govern that purchase. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
